Who We Are
Get Real Ministries is a "transformation ministry". Our convergance of traditional Biblical Counseling and Christian Life Coaching with the life-transforming power of God makes us unique in the field of Christian helps. We call the foundation of our ministry "reality-based theology".
We provide a number of services to faith-based organizations, churches, groups and, of course, to individuals, couples and families. We serve others from 3 main area of main areas of ministry:
- Life Transformation - by providing Pastoral Counseling, Christian Coaching, Biblical Transformation and Intensive Breakthrough Ministry services for those seeking help, hope, healing & inspiration.
- Instructional Equipping/Training - by offering teaching seminars and life-courses to groups and churches; and to individuals through our Christian Leadership Instiute, which offers associates through doctorate level degrees.
- Spiritual Growth - by making written materials & tools and recorded teachings for those seeking personal healing and/or personal spiritual growth readily accessible for free download or purchase from our webstore or event venues.
It is our aim to serve the Body of Christ at large local, nationally and globally by networking with churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations across denominational lines from evangelical to charismatic, as we seek to be an instrument of unity in the Body of Christ. As we seek to be non-bias in our affiliations, we simply aspire to represent the truths of Christ and the fullness of the Kingdom of God, as demonstrated and taught by Jesus Christ and recorded in the Holy Bible.
Get Real Ministries is a 501©3 organization operating as a non-profit ministry. We are held accountable, are covered and function under the governing The Get Real Minstries Board of Directors and in accordance with non-profit laws in the state of Georgia. We operate strictly on a donation basis and thrive on the tax-deductible contributions of our followers and those seeking our services.
The training and educational background of our founders is vast and varied:
Phillip Fields - is a licensed minister with an undergraduate degree from Oral Roberts University in Theology, a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Regent University, and is a Certified Pastoral Counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Darlena Fields - is a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a major in Business Administration and minor in Counseling, studied graduate-level counseling at Regent University, and is a Certified Life Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors.
They have both been equipped through experience and hands-on training from solid, reputable sources in the area of Biblical Transformation, which includes spiritual formation, deliverance and inner-personal healing.
In our service to others, we are commited to remain on the cutting edge of the helps, healing and inspiration industries to innovatively promote wholeness, freedom and purpose in the lives of those that seek our assistance. However, we are unduly committed to never veer from the inspired, infallible, holy Word of God in our zeal and passion to help others get free.
